    This session addresses your body and soul as a whole. We go through the layers of your body (emotional, mental, spiritual, physical etc) as well as your chakra system. This is an ideal session to start with when beginning your healing journey.

    During this session you will feel supported by different energetic healing frequencies such as Reiki, Channeled insights/oracle cards and Chakra clearings/activations. Messages from your guides may be brought forward to assist in the healing.

    The goal of this session is to help you uncover the light inside you, assist in your personal healing and encourage you as you uncover your true potential.
